Please read the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before you use the Solution (as defined below). This is a legally binding contract.
By assenting electronically, installing, or using the Solution, you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement on behalf of yourself and any entity or individual you represent ("you"). If you do not agree, do not use the Solution and delete all copies in your possession.
This Agreement relates to your use of certain software, services, or hardware and related firmware, including any updates ("Solution"), along with related documentation. "Vendor" means the entity providing the Solution.
Vendor may amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Solution 30 days after notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you decline, Vendor may terminate your use and provide a refund for any unused subscription period.
Vendor grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Solution and Documentation for the agreed subscription period, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2.1. You may use the Solution on the permitted number of devices as specified in the Applicable Conditions exclusively:

2.4. Any use outside the scope of this Agreement, resale, or redistribution constitutes a material breach and may violate copyright laws.
Vendor may deploy updates, upgrades, or replacements without your consent during the subscription period. Updates may add, remove, or replace features entirely.
You may be required to install updates to continue using the Solution. Vendor is not obligated to provide updates and may discontinue support if updates are not accepted.
